Accessibility Statement

Last reviewed: June 10, 2026

Top 3 Plastic Surgeons is for everyone who wants to understand these topics, including readers who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We want every article on top3plasticsurgeons.com to be readable by every reader, and we treat accessibility as part of editorial quality, not an afterthought.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, consistent with the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In practice that means we build with semantic HTML, maintain logical heading structure, keep color contrast within AA thresholds, provide text alternatives for meaningful images, make all functionality keyboard operable, show visible focus indicators, and honor the reduced motion preference set in your operating system.

The on-site accessibility widget

Every page on this site includes the Ankord A11y accessibility widget: a round button fixed to the bottom left corner of your screen. Activate it with a click, a tap, or the keyboard to open a panel of reading adjustments:

  • Text size, line height, and letter spacing, each in three steps
  • High contrast mode and color inversion
  • Desaturation (grayscale) for readers with light sensitivity
  • A plain, readable font option
  • Link highlighting
  • Pause animations, which stops all movement on the page
  • A large cursor and a reading guide that follows your pointer

Your settings are saved in your own browser and reapplied automatically on every visit. The widget itself is fully keyboard operable and screen reader friendly, and nothing about it sends data anywhere.

Known limitations

Some older article images may have imperfect alternative text, and content we embed or link to from third parties may not meet our standard. We review pages on an ongoing basis and fix issues as we find them or as readers report them.

Report a barrier

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to know, and we will fix it. Email hello@top3plasticsurgeons.com with the page address, a description of the problem, and the browser and assistive technology you were using. A person reads that inbox. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to remediate confirmed barriers promptly. If we cannot fix something quickly, we will work with you to provide the content in an alternate format that works for you.
